Connected to the Mansion on Forsyth was the original home that was turned into a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant was 700 Drayton. The food was really good, but the service was not. I loved the interior of the restaurant. I never thought of orange and black as colors for home, but this place was amazing. Above is the lounge on the left upon entering. The central theme was orange, black and cheetah. The wildlife pictures were AMAZING!
This was the restaurant on the right upon entering. Those orange chests rocked! The orange chandeliers were icing on the cake.
Upstairs was a bar with live music. It wasn't crowded and it had a nice ambience.
Chandelier in the women's downstair bathroom.
Chandelier in the ballroom. Each of these chandeliers was $250,000.
Chandelier outside ballrooms. Mounted in a recessed goldleaf ceiling.
Chandelier on a stick!
Chandeliers in all the hallways
Another shot of the chandeliers inside the ballrooms. You can see the ceiling better.
Looking up at the outdoor chandelier.
I hope you enjoyed your tour of the 2 million dollar chandelier collection and 700 Drayton Restaurant! Tomorrow we will tour Savannah.
