My Handsome Husband makes a delicious chow chow every summer. It is so hard to find green tomatoes here, he usually can only can 3 or 4 jars. This summer a guy at work gave HH a bunch of green tomatoes, so we gave him some chow chow. I dressed it up to make it a little more special.

How special that your hubby makes chow chow. My hubby loves it on his beans! :) Glad he got lots of green tomatoes.

forgive my ignorance but what in the world is chow chow? I thought it was dog food or something. Seriously, never heard of it. the mason jar photo is cute though.
