Black and White Halloween

Please join our hostess, Susan, at Between Naps on the Porch for more beautiful and unique tablescapes.
This week I put together a white and black Halloween table. White and black seems to be the new orange and black. I shopped the house and used things I already had.
I fancied up the white pumpkin by putting a Heidi Swapp damask sticker on it. Easy Peasy. I bought a small bag of Spanish Moss at Michaels and used it on the urn and candlesticks. I draped the pearls (bought for last years halloween costume at Target) over the pumpkin and added the birds. Diamonds from Katies graduation party are sprinkled over the black tulle.

As mentioned before, the glitter pumpkins are so easy to make if you use spray mounting adheasive. I spray the whole pumpkin, sprinkle on the glitter and any spots that show up, I just respray and sprinkle. Takes max of 10 minutes.
I bought these great black laquered candlesticks at HomeGoods. Women were literally snapping them up as the girls put them out. They came in shiny white too and three different sizes.
I'm really getting alot of use out of my chargers I bought from Horchow. Best decision ever to paint them white. Plates are from TJ Maxx, bought last year.
Spider napkin rings, Home Goods.
For some reason this table looks way busier in the picture than it is in person. It is one of my favorites. Thanks for stopping by.
