Les Miserable - Yes, you must go see it!

Les Miserables

Well, I finally broke down and spent the better part of 3 hours with girlfriends watching Les Miserables.  I LOVED it!  I went through 3 kleenexes (I cry easily), my girlfriends only cried at the end.  

Anne Hathaway's performance was indeed wonderful; gritty and sad.  I loved Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean and that pesky and ruthless Javert (played by Russell Crowe). I thought the little boy revolutionary was an excellent actor and I thoroughly enjoyed Helena Bonham Carter and Sasha Cohen as Madame and Monsieur Thenardier.
