Crispy Goat Cheese Salad

Way back in December, I saw this recipe for Crispy Goat Cheese Salad in Southern Living Magazine.  I marked the page and have been wanting to try it ever since.  Well, last night I made it and it is delicious!  Everyone loved it!

I cheated and used Hidden Valley Pomegranate Dressing instead of making my own dressing and it came out great.  The oranges were fantastic in the salad, don't leave them out.  It is super easy to make (especially if you use the bottled dressing).

This looks fabulous, putting in my must be made file! To bad it's not fall, I prefer to use my home grown poms :-(

just came back to get the recipe, going to make it this week, wanted you to know it nearly killed me to pay $5.99 for a cup of arils... i have grown my own poms since 1989, they are out of season now, i think its the first time i have ever bought one so trying to amortize the cost of this salad! it just looks too good to wait until fall~
