It is amazing what a little paint will do. Katie already had the chocolate brown walls in her room, but wherever you see the silver/bluegreen metallic paint, there was white. It just didn't feel right. We painted all the white walls with the metallic. We then changed around the furniture. I made the little initials from these paper machie letters from Joannes. Easy peasy to decoupage paper onto them. A headboard is needed and a little art. I'm seriously thinking about making a padded headboard (I've been watching too much HGTV). One of my biggest problems with this room is the bluegreen color in the bedding. I can't find anything that matches it.
Now I'm going to work on Alyssa's old room. I have to buy a new bed because Alyssa took all her furniture with her. I'm going to try to make it a guest room/craft room. Good luck because it is also really small. I'm thinking a trundle bed so I can get the most space when visitors are not there but when opened can sleep two.

Ooh, I've always wanted to make an upholstered headboard for my bed too but don't have any tools or space to make it. I've seen too much HGTV too. Design on a Dime baby! Katie's room looks great. Both their rooms are so Glam.
