Today it is a misty June gloom day. There is no sun peaking out this morning and I'm not feeling the spring/summer vibe. But, it is cozy and so I brought out more warm fall colors this for this tablescape. I used green, red, gold and cream.

I have two of these beaded chargers that I bought years ago at Target. I wish I would have bought more, but oh well. I then used my green glass plates which I also bought at Target at least 5 years ago. We have enjoyed them at Thanksgiving and Christmas over the years. The placemats are a new find at Home Goods. I love the design. I'm already thinking that my cream dishes would also look pretty on them. I used the napkin rings I got from Pottery Barn for 1/2 off last year.

Try as I might, I could not get this picture to stay rotated! Yes, I hit the save button, it's just one of those things! I used the gold chargers that I bought in a box of 8 at Costco. The red napkins are from the Palm Collection at Home Goods.

I brought in the succulents from the backyard. They have been so popular over the past couple of years. I never really liked succulents because I've always seen them in desert gardens with no flowers. I felt that you had to choose one or the other, but in reality, they mix well with flowers and I have begun to grow them. The ones in the middle container are real. The ones in the urn are not! I bought the urns at pier 1 and I actually have them on my patio in the back yard.

I picked up these beauties at Home Goods a couple of days ago. They were priced right, so I snapped them up.

A close up of the live succulents. The red and green go perfect with the tablescape!

A close up of the fake succulents. They look pretty good. I love the little urn.
Have fun looking at all the beautiful tablescapes and thank you for stopping by!

Very Nice! I like the succulents!
Gorgeous. I love the pretty colors. The red, green and gold are so pretty together and my favorite colors. I had never thought about using succulents with flowers, but they are stunning together. Your faux ones in the little urns look so real. Your table is beautifully done. I did see three gorgeous apothecary jars on your buffet in one picture. Check out our Cloche and Apothecary Party on the 19th and join us for the fun. You can find out all the details on my blog. Hope to see you there. Hugs, Marty
Such a pretty table -- I've seen lots of succulents in blogland lately -- I've become quite enchanted with them. I like your colors.
Your succulents are the perfect centerpiece -- I've not been a fan of them either but this year they seem to have come to Linderhof and I like that!
There is nothing like warm colors on a dreary day.
Hi Janie, love your colors....that shade of green is my absolute favorite. I also love all the succulents. Lovely!!

Your succulent garden makes a lovely centerpiece and I love the way some of them pick up on your color scheme with just that touch of red. Great idea to add the succulent garden as your centerpiece. The faux pieces extended it out and look just fine. Your tablesetting is beautiful but I particularly like your dining room chairs. Just beautiful.

Those beaded chargers are amazing. I wonder where you could get more of them?
Ooooo, those succulents look real! I would have never known they were fake. And, I'm kicking myself because I passed up some of those beautiful tiny urns when I was at brimfield, and if I had known they would have looked this good - I would have bought as many as I could have carried! ah-well, this is gorgeous, and very inspirational. Thanks for sharing.
What a great idea to use the succulents on your tablescape. They look so pretty, and those little urns with the faux succlents are perfect on the table. I bet you do wish you had bought more of those wonderful chargers! I wish I'd found those. They are so pretty. Love the paisley placemats. Now, I assume you have a loft overlooking this room, or can you fly? What a neat photo. laurie
