On this tablescape I used paper plates and napkins. Ribbon is used as the napkin rings and to tie in the candlesticks.
The table runner gave the biggest punch to tie in the theme. I was going to put Delaney's birthday cake in the middle, but then Hannah showed up with the flowers and they were perfect.
I used larger decorative paper plates as the "chargers".
