Tablescape Thursday- Peter Cottontail

Please visit Susan over at Between Naps on the Porch for more great tablescapes.
This week I've shopped the house, so you've probably seen a lot of these things, just maybe not put together like this.  I found Peter Cottontail at Home Goods.  I must say, they've had some incredible Easter decorations for about 3 months now.  Every time I'd go in there and look, I couldn't decide on what to get!  So about two weeks ago I went in and they hardly had anything!  It made picking up Peter Cottontail a breeze.  I filled the apothecary jar with eggs and added the little nests and viola! a centerpiece.
I chose to fold the napkins in the fan design to fill up the center of the plate.  It was looking pretty plain before.

I found these cute votive candles at Target.  In the pack of 6, there are: two bees, a butterfly, a dragonfly and two leaves.  So cute!

I also found these glass "things".  I don't know what they are.  They have a square in them that you could put, butter, jelly, salt etc.  Then the little lid goes on.  LOVE THEM!  $3.99 at home goods.  I bought 3 and I would like to get one for each setting, so I am looking for a few more.

Everything is so pretty and Easter-ish. I like your apothocary jars. You've given me some inspiration of ways to use my own. (I have 12 in various shapes and sizes.)

What a pretty centerpiece! I loved the pastel eggs with Peter Cottontail and the nests. The soft blue was quite lovely. I liked your special touches as well-the candles and the napkins.

I love little glass bowls and dishes. I found a pretty cut glass bowl with lid that I use when I make homemade jam in my bread machine.

I love your Easter table. I know what you mean about holiday decor. Stores will have it for months before a holiday & finally when you get in the mood to decorate, bam, the store is out of everything. I guess I am just too much of a procrastinator. I did however get some of those Pier 1 bunnies on the stick that everyone seems to have the other night. But Home Goods had nothing good left last week for Easter. And Easter was still 3 weeks away at that time. Ugh!!
