We had a beautiful weekend here in So. Cal (sorry all my friends from back east) it was 75 and just perfect for sitting in the back yard. Signs of spring are everywhere. As I was watching the news, they said we would be having rain by Wed. I decided to take advantage of the beautiful day and set the table outside on the patio. The little cloth on the table is a remnant from JoAnns.
The dish ensemble is from HomeGoods. They had these cute little nests for spring, so I picked up a few.
We had chicken salad sandwiches, chips, fruit and homemade chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. MMM good.
But the best part of this tablescape is that my two best friends could share it with me!! Cynthia and Annette joined me for lunch today and it just went by too fast!!

Okay...I don't know what Home Goods all you guys go to but I was just in one today and they had nothing with a big "N"...I love those little nests!!

I just loved your Tablescape Thursday. What a perfect setting. You really did a fabulous job. How nice you could share it as well. It will be awhile before I’ll be tablescaping outdoors. We were lucky to hit 50 today.

I love all of those nests full of eggs. This is such a lovely tablescape. The food looks good too! And all of that green grass makes me so jealous! I really like the way you used the nest on top of the urn as a centerpiece. Love your rooster too. laurie
