Apparently, college life is a party every weekend! Since joining Pi Phi, Katie has attended many parties and they all have themes and rules. One rule would be, everyone has to wear a black dress, but you may dress it up to fit the theme. Because they are all students with limited budgets, they must be creative with costumes. They don't go to Costume Castle and purchase the latest prepackaged costume, they "shop" for good deals and are visiting thrift shops. Up to this point, Katie has never known thrift shops exist. Tonight is an 80's party. Last weekend was Sigma Nu Year, thus the picture above. Katie has met so many girls and is loving SDSU!
